A spectroscopic CMOS photodetector for use with a cell-based biosensor

Abstract

Spectroscopic photodetectors have been fabricated in a standard CMOS process. These photodetectors are designed to distinguish between two different fluorescent markers. They have applications in nucleic acid analysis, cell-based biosensors and tissue based-biosensors.
