An ultra-bright polarized head-mounted projective display

Abstract

The image brightness of head-mounted projective displays (HMPD) is challenged due to the multiple passes of light through a beamsplitter. The design of an ultra-bright polarized HMPD, theoretically four-times brighter, will be presented.
