Abstract

Positive blastogenic responses to autologous soluble tumour antigens were detected among the lymphocytes from 10 out of 24 patients with solid tumours. In contrast, only 2 of these soluble antigen preparations induced positive responses among normal allogeneic lymphocytes from 2 of 24 subjects.
