Attosecond XUV spectroscopy to study dynamics near conical intersections

Abstract

We present an attosecond, XUV pump-IR probe experiment to resolve the nonadiabatic dynamics of the CO2 in the vicinity of a conical intersection. We observe coherent oscillations due to the vibronic coupling mechanism.
