Blue-enhanced supercontinuum generation in a graded- index fluorine-doped multimode fiber

Abstract

We demonstrate blue-enhanced white-light supercontinuum generation in a fluorinedoped parabolic-index multimode fiber. The spectrum expands from 450-2,400nm with excellent spectral flatness and a beam quality factor of M2~1.7 at 1064nm.
