Abstract

• No regulated compounds detected above acceptable concentration level • No pharmaceuticals or EDCs were detected above MDLs in first round of sampling at EAWSS or WEWTP by ALS Laboratories (MDL range: 20 to 100 ng/L) - Low levels of atrazine were detected in Lake Erie and low levels of NDMA were detected in Kettle Creek • The second round of testing detected very low levels of metformin, caffeine, carbamazepine, erythromycin and sulfamethoxazole and several EDCs in Lake Erie.
