Abstract
All aberration coefficients expressed as quadratic functions in ″reduced″ excitation n, i. e. , a parameter characterizing the type of quadrupole, are plotted for high magnification. With the of tables the coefficients can be obtained for any value of n. The dependence of the coefficients upon the object position is shown in graphs. The authors restrict themselves to the converging plane and use the bell-shaped model.
