Depolarization measurements of an integrating sphere

Abstract

The depolarization measurements of a commercially available integrating sphere were performed using a Mueller-matrix polarimeter. These measurements determine the extent to which the light exiting an integrating sphere is unpolarized for all possible polarization states incident on the entrance port. The measurements were taken in the visible and near IR.
