Abstract

Mode-locked operation of a 1150 nm diode-pumped holmium-doped fluoride fiber laser at 1.2 μm based on carbon nanotube saturable absorber is reported. Mode-locked laser at 1192 nm with a repetition rate of 18.47 MHz was obtained.
