Abstract
Morphology and fractional yield of carbon nanotubes depend strongly on the gas pressure in the reaction zone, as well as the current density driven by different potentials across the electrodes. We report results on the correlation caused by variations in the processing conditions, using transmission electron microscopy. In addition to nanotubes, we observed various shapes of graphitic particles such as tetrahedra and polyhedra.
