Abstract
The entanglement between the extended Bloch structures of the multiple-quantum-well structures and photon was investigated. The excited carrier systems of the quantum walls stored information on the directionality of the spontaneous emission from the multiple quantum wells, by tilting the sample quantum wells. The structures were visualized by interference fringes that were aroused from a single photon, which was spontaneously emitted into different directions. The interference patterns in the multiple-quantum-well structures were controlled via the spacing between the wells.
