Evidence for the nonuniversality of a 3D vertex model

Abstract

By combining a variational series expansion and the coherent anomaly method we observe a strong evidence for the nonuniversal critical behaviour of the symmetric vertex model formulated on the 2D square and 3D diamond lattices.
