Internal mammary artery bypass after the arterial switch operation

Myocardial ischemia may ensue after coronary artery translocation during the arterial switch operation. We report the successful use of a right internal mammary artery to right coronary artery bypass graft in an infant with angiographic documentation of persistent graft patency 6 months postoperatively.
