LDPC coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing over the atmospheric turbulence channel

Abstract

LDPC coded optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing is shown to significantly outperform LDPC coded on-off keying over the atmospheric turbulence channel in terms of both coding gain and spectral efficiency.
