Low-frequency vibrational modes in fluorite based superionic conductors - Raman study

Abstract

The low-frequency Raman spectra of various fluorite-structured superionic conductors are presented. The observed low-frequency peaks are interpreted in terms of resonant vibrational states which are (quasi) localized in the vicinity of dopant clusters.
