N2 - The process of outcome measurement and quality management in nursing care of Alzheimer's patients is not a mystery. It is hard work identifying what to measure, selecting the measures, collecting the data, analyzing and presenting results, and implementing change. To summarize, when determining the final measures that are good for you and your organization, three things matter: 1. It works for your organization. 2. It is well defined, tested, and applied. 3. Quality improvement happens!
