Multifunctional three-dimensional microscopic system

Abstract

To address the limitations in three-dimensional microscopy, we present a multifunctional microscopic system. By taking advantages of the properties from individual function, the proposed system enables a range of imaging capabilities for achieving high precision threedimensional measurement and extended depth of field imaging.
