Nonequilibrium characteristics of excitonic luminescence

The specific characteristics of the two lowest emission resonances both experimentally and theoretically analyzed. Thus, it concentrates on the ratio between the two first emission peaks as one central feature. The theoretical description includes the semiconductor quantum well on a microscopic level by taking into account interacting electrons, holes, photons, and phonons.
