Spin Hall effect in the presence of spin diffusion

Abstract

In this study, the charge and spin accumulations in the transverse direction were formulated in the presence of anomalous scattering and spin relaxation. By performing Hall measurement, spin polarization information in the sample, both magnetic and nonmagnetic was revealed.
