Technique of Schauta hysterectomy and laparoscopic lymphadenectomy

Abstract

Laparoscopic assistance to the Schauta hysterectomy affords patient advantages as compared to the standard abdominal radical hysterectomy. The surgical techniques are described in details. Our own data are provided and a comparison is made between the two approaches.
