Theory of a one-dimensional double-X-junction atom interferometer

Abstract

A generalization of the Fermi-Bose mapping for coupled waveguides was introduced. As a result, the theory of a double-X-junction atom interferometer in the Tonks-gas limit of tight transverse confinement and impenetrable interactions between the atoms was developed.
